How it works:

Our Click & Collect tests are delivered from our testing centre in Kings Hill, Kent, ME19 4AE.

Book your collection slot online – maximum 2 slots per household

You must collect your kit prior to leaving the UK.

This service is extremely popular, so it is restricted to 2 tests per household and proof of address is required for each booking.

Each appointment may only be booked by a single passenger. Upon booking, you will receive a email confirming your collection date/time, and arrival instructions.

Your BOOKING REFERENCE NUMBER will be issued when you collect your test kits.

Verification of your address, flight details & arrival date is required for this service.

Collect you kit(s) from our site at Kings Hill, Kent, ME19 4AE

Each individual must attend his/her collection slot in person, on the correct date and at the correct time.

Each individual must bring his/her photo ID and proof of address for verification upon collection.

Take your PCR test(s) at home

Take your test on any day between Day 0 (your arrival date) and Day 2.

If your package includes a Day 8 test, take this test any day on or after Day 8.

Hand deliver your completed sample to Kings Hill, Kent, ME19 4AE

IMPORTANT: You must return your completed sample to Kings Hill. We will arrange your completed sample drop-off at your collection appointment.

Receive your test results by email

Results will be sent to your email address provided at booking.

  • A maximum of 2 collections slots can be booked per household.

    This is a very popular service, so we have had to limit the numbers per household. Bookings that exceed this limit will be automatically cancelled.

  • Flight & arrival date proof required.

    Proof of arrival date is required for this service. Inappropriately booked collection slots (e.g. after your Day 2) will be automatically cancelled.

  • Your MUST return your completed test kit to our site in Kings Hill, Kent, ME19 4AE.

  • Bookings are non refundable.
